Terms of Service
Practical terms for THEVULGO handyman requests in Toronto and the GTA.
Customer-supplied products
Please provide accurate product details, compatible parts and manufacturer instructions where applicable. Missing parts, unsuitable products or changed conditions can affect the work scope.
Safety and specialist work
THEVULGO does not perform work outside the agreed scope or work that requires an appropriate licensed specialist. Unsafe conditions or hidden issues may require another qualified provider.
Payment and deposits
Payment is due after completed work by e-transfer or cash, except where a confirmed outer-GTA appointment requires a 50% travel deposit before the visit.
Booking changes
Booking changes and cancellation requests should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. THEVULGO will try to reschedule where practical.
Service area
THEVULGO provides service in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Availability, travel requirements and appointment confirmation depend on the location and job details.
