How THEVULGO uses information connected with Toronto and GTA service requests.
Why we use it
We use this information to prepare estimates, schedule and manage services, contact you about your request, send service emails and provide customer support.
Service providers
Supabase is used for secure order, CRM and first-party website analytics data. Resend is used for transactional emails. Vercel hosts the website. WhatsApp is used when you choose to begin a conversation there.
First-party website analytics
The website records an anonymous browser visitor ID and session ID, page journeys, referral and campaign parameters, device category, engagement time, scroll milestones, and clicks to WhatsApp or the estimate calculator. This information is stored in THEVULGO's Canadian Supabase project and does not include IP addresses, browser fingerprints, phone numbers, email addresses or message contents.
Retention and contact
We retain service-request information only for operational, customer-service, legal and accounting purposes. To ask about your information, contact info@thevulgo.es.
