Clear terms before a Toronto or GTA handyman visit.
Payment
Payment is due after the work is completed. THEVULGO currently accepts e-transfer or cash.
Outer-GTA travel deposit
Appointments in Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, Oakville, Milton, Burlington and selected outer-GTA municipalities require a 50% travel deposit after the final scope is reviewed and before the appointment is confirmed. Payment details are sent directly by THEVULGO.
Changes and cancellation
If you need to change or cancel, please reply to your confirmation email or contact THEVULGO on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the appointment. We will try to reschedule whenever practical.
Appointment reminder
A reminder email is sent about 24 hours before the visit asking you to confirm. Please check access, condo elevator requirements, parking and that the required items are available.
Scope changes
Online prices are starting prices. If the product, wall, access or actual conditions are materially different from the submitted details, the scope is reviewed before work begins.
