Which cities do you serve?
We serve Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, and Oshawa. If your city isn’t listed, we still may be able to help (a travel fee may apply).
Do you offer service outside the GTA?
Yes — we can accommodate surrounding cities. For out-of-area bookings, a travel fee and a $50 scheduling deposit may apply.
Pricing & Payment
What is the base installation fee?
Our base installation fee is $50 and is always included in your estimate. Mount pricing varies by type (Fixed, Tilt, Full-Motion), and optional services can be added during booking.
How do I get a detailed price estimate?
Use our online booking form: choose your mount type and optional services. You’ll see a live estimate before you submit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and Interac e-Transfer. Payment is due upon completion of the installation.
Mount Types
Do you supply mounts?
Yes — we carry Fixed, Tilt, and Full-Motion mounts. You can also use your own bracket if it’s rated for your TV’s size and weight.
Which mount type is best for me?
Fixed is the simplest and lowest profile; Tilt lets you angle the screen to reduce glare; Full-Motion provides maximum flexibility to extend, swivel, and rotate.
Cable Management
Can you hide my cables?
Absolutely. We offer surface raceway (clean and budget-friendly) and in-wall cable pass-through (premium, seamless finish).
Do I need to provide cable kits?
No — we bring professional-grade materials. If you prefer, we can also install a kit you provide.
Soundbar & Devices
Do you mount soundbars?
Yes. We can mount a soundbar using TV-mount brackets for perfect alignment or directly on the wall below the TV — whatever suits your setup.
Can you hide streaming devices?
We can securely mount Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV hubs, or gaming consoles behind your TV for a clean, cable-free look.
Warranty & Safety
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — every installation includes a 12-month labor warranty.
Is wall mounting safe?
Our installers use stud finders, proper anchors, torque settings, and pro-grade tools to ensure a safe, secure mount on drywall, concrete, brick, or plaster.
Booking & Scheduling
How do I book?
Book online in minutes: pick a mount type, choose optional services, select a date and time. You’ll receive a confirmation shortly after.
Can I reschedule?
Yes — rescheduling is free with 24+ hours’ notice. Same-day changes may incur a service fee.
Preparation
How should I prepare for installation?
Please clear the area, ensure access to power and Wi-Fi (if needed), and have your TV and accessories ready. If you chose cable-hiding, decide where cables should exit.
Do I need to move furniture?
Yes, please move heavy furniture from the wall. If assistance is required, we can help for a small fee.
Out-of-Area Service
Do you charge a travel fee?
For locations outside our standard service areas, a travel fee applies (typically $20–$40 within the extended GTA). We’ll confirm the amount before booking.
Why is a $50 deposit required?
For out-of-area bookings, a $50 scheduling deposit secures your appointment. It’s fully applied to your final invoice and refundable with 24+ hours’ notice.
Same-Day Service
Do you offer same-day TV mounting?
Often yes — availability depends on the current schedule. We also frequently offer next-day service.
Is there an extra cost for urgent visits?
Priority or after-hours bookings may include a small surcharge, always discussed upfront.
Large & Heavy TVs
Do you mount oversized TVs (75”+)?
Yes — we mount TVs up to 100”. For heavy or oversized screens we use heavy-duty brackets and two-installer teams when necessary.
Is there an additional charge?
Oversized or particularly heavy installations may include a surcharge due to added complexity and time.
Commercial Installations
Do you handle offices, restaurants, or gyms?
Absolutely — we mount TVs and displays for offices, restaurants, retail, and fitness spaces, including multi-TV and video wall setups.
Do you offer bulk or project pricing?
Yes, discounts are available for multiple TVs or ongoing commercial contracts.
Wall Types
Can you mount on any wall?
We mount on drywall, concrete, brick, and plaster. When studs aren’t available, we use the proper anchors or recommend alternate solutions for safety.
Do you check for studs and wiring?
Yes — we scan for studs and check for potential obstructions (wiring/plumbing) before drilling.
TV Removal
Can you take down my old TV?
Yes — we safely remove your old TV and place it by the curb or a designated area. Full disposal can be arranged for an additional fee.
Can you reuse my existing bracket?
If the existing bracket is compatible and in good condition, we can reuse it. Otherwise we’ll suggest a replacement.
TV Setup
Do you set up the TV after mounting?
We connect power and HDMI devices. Smart TV setup (Wi-Fi, apps, streaming) is available as an add-on.
Do you calibrate picture or sound?
We provide basic picture and sound tuning to ensure a great viewing experience in your room.
Equipment
Do I need to provide tools or hardware?
No — our technicians bring all the necessary tools, anchors, bolts, and hardware for a professional job.
Can I use my own mount?
Yes, as long as it’s rated for your TV size and weight. We’ll verify compatibility on site.
Insurance
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry liability insurance for all installations for your peace of mind.
What if accidental damage occurs?
In the rare event of damage, we take responsibility and cover repairs or replacement as appropriate.
Timing
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–3 days in advance to secure your preferred time. For urgent needs, contact us — we often have same-day or next-day availability.
Do you work evenings or weekends?
Yes — we offer flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends to fit your calendar.
Special Cases
Can you mount a TV above a fireplace?
Yes — we check heat exposure, mantle height, and wall structure to ensure a safe and comfortable setup.
Do you mount OLED, QLED, or curved TVs?
Absolutely — we mount all popular models, including ultra-thin OLED panels that require careful handling.

Can I add more services later?
